"The Observer" is a suspense and mystery game where each decision changes the course of the narrative. The player controls Michael (Mike) Hill, a young programmer who starts receiving anonymous messages from someone watching him very closely, who also asks him to observe other people. A couple, his neighbors from 8B. Every action Mike takes is being watched. 

Will Mike be able to figure out the origin of all this?
