Michael Hill, a freelance programmer struggling with insomnia and too much free time, begins receiving messages from an unknown number that lead him to keep watch over a specific apartment—Apartment 8B. As his obsession grows, the reality Mike lives in begins to distort, and nothing is quite what it seems.

Consumed by the unsettling feeling that he is constantly being watched, he starts investigating a mystery where every answer only leads to more questions.
